    1. Ingredients: Starch (60%), rice flour, salt
    2. Instructions:

    Gyoza mix: 250g

    Add: Water: 300g (300ml)

             Cooking oil: 20g

    Step 1: Put the flour, water, and oil into a pot. Stir it well to dissolve completely.

    Step 2: Cook over small fire and stir it evenly until it becomes a mass.

    Step 3: Put the mass of dough onto tray and knead it until it becomes a fine  and soft mass. Divide the mass into small portions, flatten them, then insert the filling and shape the portions as desired.

    Step 4: Put it in cool dry place, from dirt away, steam it for 10 minutes.
