    1. Ingredients: Wheat flour, starch, rice flour, egg powder, salt, baking powder.

    2. Instructions:

         Multi - purpose frying mix: 340g

         Add: water: 540 ml

         Step 1: Apply a coat of dry powder over plant roots or sea products.

         Step 2: Stir up the mixture until it is evenly  mixed (still clots acceptable). Put the plats roots or sea products into powder bowl.

         Step 3: Fry at the Temperature 170 - 175oC until the mixture gets a beautiful metal yellow color.

     

    Remark:

    - In frying shrimps, to pour the already mixed powder into shrimps being fried will get a better taste. The thickness of mixed powder varies according to your taste.

    - In frying bananas: soak the banana into the mixture then fry. Soak and try again . This repetition will give better taste.

    - Powder already mixed should be used not longer than 15 minutes after mixing.
